How to ensure you'll have an enjoyable estate sale experience:

Arrive Early
Some events are very popular, so make sure you get a place in line early if you want the best shot at grabbing that treasure you're eyeing.

Make a List
If you're looking for particular items, have a list and feel free to ask our staff if you can't find what you're looking for...they may know right where it's been hiding.

Be Prepared
Boxes, totes, bins, loupes, measuring-tape, a dolly/hand-truck, moving help, a pickup truck. These are all items that might be helpful, and not always available at the sale.

Dress Comfy
Estate sales don't only happen when it's 70 degrees and sunny. Some homes don't have AC. Sometimes it rains. Dress comfortably for the forecast.

Be Courteous
Don't have anything nice to say? Then please don't say anything. We get it, estate sales can be competitive. But this isn't a contact sport, and everyone should be treated with respect.

Meet new people. Be curious. Strike up a conversation. Learn something new. Enjoy the hunt for that special item, but don't get too down about it if someone got to it first...there's always next week!
